THE TOTAL TRUTH ABOUT HEARTBURN

Heartburn is not the mystery disease that it has been made to sound. Also, calling it acid reflux or GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) completely masks the source of the anomaly. Here are the facts.

Heartburn is the reaction of the cells within the gastrointestinal tract to the turbulence and gyrations caused by potassium chloride. Potassium chloride is potassium (positive) combined with chloride (negative) as the combination mixes with the hydrogen ions in stomach acid. It is such a mixture that causes turbulence. Why allow this turbulence to take place in the first place?

People allow this turbulence to take place because they eat chaotically. They have yet to learn to cook, eat, and live scientifically. Chlorides abound in the following:

  1. Lettuce
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Celery
  4. Olives
  5. Rye
  6. Seaweed (Nori, wakame, and kelp)
  7. Kosher salt
  8. Sea salt
  9. Table salt
  10. Seafood
  11. Deli meats
  12. Hot dogs
  13. Cheese and
  14. Potato chips

In light of the above, why take potassium tablets or capsules as dietary supplements before or after consuming the above items?

Instead of taking over-the-counter pharmaceutical pills for heartburn, why not find out what you did wrong to produce potassium chloride in your guts. Knowledge is required to prevent diseases, and Symptometry teaches prevention. What about the food sources of potassium that people eat willy-nilly?

The food sources of potassium are:

  1. Bananas
  2. Apples
  3. Avocadoes
  4. Oranges
  5. Carrots
  6. White potatoes and potato chips, also a source of chloride
  7. Sweet potatoes
  8. Tomatoes, also a source of chloride
  9. Cucumbers
  10. Zucchini
  11. Eggplant and
  12. Pumpkin

Obviously, eating the food sources of potassium and chlorides would lead to only one outcome, which is the production of potassium chloride, and potassium chloride causes heartburn.

The takeaway

The takeaway from this discussion is that acid reflux is a self-inflicted anomaly and a pharmaceutical drug is not needed to control it because it should not be controlled. It should be prevented, and Symptometry hereby provides the knowledge to prevent heartburn or reverse it.

For those who have extremely severe acid reflux, Symptometry has the de-bonding enzyme that breaks potassium from chloride and blocks their re-bonding. Unfortunately, this does not mean that chaotic eating should continue because if the person continues to eat chaotically, the de-bonding enzyme will not work.
