The Diseases Of The Human Eye

Does the eye doctor (optometrist) have a solution to our eye problems? If prescribing eyeglasses is considered a solution, there are many eye diseases that require a better solution than prescribing eyeglasses. Let me cite three examples to illustrate my point.

Example 1

Joseph’s eyes water profusely. No optometrist has been able to solve his eye problem, and they cannot offer a cogent explanation as to why his eyes water so much.

Example 2

Emmanuel wears prescription glasses, but he cannot drive at night because his eyes cannot accommodate the glare of the headlight from the cars traveling in the opposite direction. The optometrists he consulted over the years, could not solve his problem, and they could not explain what was happening to his eyes. For this reason, he no longer drives at night. What causes his eye disease? He could not get an answer.

Example 3

Felicia was diagnosed with blepharitis, and she was given eyedrops. After using the eyedrops for two weeks, not only were her eyelids still swollen, her eyes were also burning. She had to look elsewhere for help, and she got it.

In truth, optometrists and ophthalmologists have a role to play in the economy, but they cannot provide the kind of service that many individuals prefer. This service is called root-cause assistance. To provide root-cause assistance, a different science must be studied.

Why are the eyelids swollen? Why do the eyelids itch, and why do the eyes burn? There is only one answer to these three questions, and this answer is, the eyelids absorbed too much blood debris, pollutants and inflammatory products. Another truth is, there is debris, clutter and sludge in every human being’s blood.

Therefore, if we do not devise a method to remove these pollutants from our circulatory system, our eyelids, the globe of our eyes, our iris, cornea, retina, etc. will absorb them whether we like it or not.

The absorption of blood impurities has been the source of over 98% of human diseases since the creation of homo erectus, about 3 million years ago; and the creation of homo sapiens about 200,000 years ago.

The American School of Symptometry, NFP, teaches symptometric science, not optometry, podiatry, and medicine. Let me confine this discussion only to visual disorders.

Visual disorders

The eye is an organ. It is our window to the world and it makes us independent, and self-reliant up to a point. The problem is, studying the anatomy and physiology of the human eye does not shed light on why diseases affect our eyes. To understand why we have eye diseases, we must turn to a different science, and this science is called symptometric science.

Symptometric science, which is universal science starting with atomic collision, identifies filthy blood as the source of over 98% of our diseases.

The human eye is an absorbent, so are the scalp, the skin on which the eyebrows are, and the eyelids. They all absorb many sucrose metabolites, maltose metabolites, sorbitol metabolites, lactose metabolites and fructose metabolites, as well as blood debris. If the lens, the ciliary muscles, the rectus, the cornea, the pupil and the retina absorb these blood pollutants, they will become massively congested.

The congestion of the eye components will affect the transmission of light stimuli through the lens to the 3 million cones and the 100 million rods in the retina.

Furthermore, the congestion will be so much that the focal point of the image would be a) in front of the retina to cause myopia aka nearsightedness b) behind the retina to cause farsightedness aka hyperopia or c) there will not be a single focal point.

Astigmatism aka astigmia is the eye disease that occurs when so much debris prevents the image from being at only one focal point.

Since dyslexia was discussed in one of the articles that were published at amsos.org., I will not rediscuss it.

An optometrist would examine the eye, and if he or she detects an anomaly, eyeglasses with a concave lens or with a convex lens will be prescribed to help the person adjust to the anomaly. This is not removing the source of the reading problem. It keeps the source of the reading problem intact while prescribing eyeglasses to help the person to adjust to the anomaly.

Wearing reading glasses will never stop the eyes from absorbing more debris from the circulatory system. The greater the amount of debris the eyes absorb, the weaker would be the convex lens or the concave lens that was prescribed. As the artificial lens becomes weaker over time, there will be a need to prescribe a stronger lens to improve vision, but this will be done by leaving the blood pollutants in the person’s eyes..

Diabetes and eye diseases

The pharmaceutical drugs that diabetics take, will not remove the blood debris that is causing their poor vision. The eyes of the diabetic who takes pharmaceutical drugs will continue to absorb blood debris; and this absorption will continue until the diabetic experiences more serious visual disturbances or anomalies.

Therefore, linking diabetes to blindness is misleading. Such a connection masks the underlying cause of the diabetic’s progressive blindness, diplopia aka double vision, amblyopia aka dim vision or blurriness; macular degeneration, and temporary amaurosis aka sudden blindness, or chronic amaurosis.

Sucrose, maltose, sorbitol, lactose, mannitol, etc. produce so much debris after reacting with salt that the diabetic’s eyes will never stop absorbing blood debris, inflammatory products, sludge and metabolites. What is worse is, there is absolutely nothing that pharmaceutical drugs and herbs can do to slow down this fast absorption rate.

Diabetic retinopathy, detached retina, seeing mostly blue, mostly red, mostly green, color blindness, and other retinal disorders, occur only in individuals who could not produce food enzymes and ancillary enzymes to thoroughly digest the saturated fats they have been consuming.

Corrective surgery should never be an option for retinal disorders. This is because it will never improve the person’s vision. It will rather make it worse. Thousands of individuals have become blind, partially blind, or their vision became extremely hazy after retinal surgery.

Root-cause assistance has devised a process to considerably slow down the rate at which the eyes absorb blood debris and pollutants.

Other eye disorders

The ciliary muscles and the lens adjust the light stimuli that the eye receives. This is called accommodation. However, if the ciliary muscles absorb so much blood debris that they can no longer adjust the lens and the retina to the intensity of the parallel rays, the person will experience photophobia aka light sensitivity. This is the root cause of photophobia.

The macula and the rest of the retina are extremely sensitive to fat globules. This is why a person who eats the sources of saturated fat without producing emulsification enzymes, intestinal lipase, and pancreatic lipase to thoroughly digest the fatty foods, will have a lot of fat globules in their blood. It is these fat globules that will increase their chances of developing retinal disorders, and macular degeneration.

If the eyelids absorb a lot of inflammatory products, the person will have blepharitis.

Also, if the globe of the eye absorbs inflammatory products, it will become red, as in red eye. If the eyes are inflamed, they could become painful, or they will burn. If the eyes absorb bile, the sclera will become dirty yellow; and if they absorb too much blood debris, they will itch.

Finally, if concretions and fat globules jam the canal of Schlemm that drains the eye, eye pressure will increase, thereby causing an eye disease called glaucoma. Cataracts are nothing but the coal tar derivatives, and the metabolites of sugar alcohols like sorbitol, xylitol, etc. that the lens absorbed through the process called diffusion.

Prevention of eye infection

It is lysozyme that the eye’s lacrimal gland and tarsal gland produce to protect the eyes from microbes as vitreous humor and aqueous humor keep the eyes moist. If the aqueous humor is becoming deficient in mineral salt, the person will have agglutinated eyelids or crusts will form on their eyelashes on waking. This is an indication that the glue in the person’s body is replacing the mineral salts that are absent.

The tarsal gland and the lacrimal gland do not use Himalayan salt, pink salt, and sea salt to produce lysozyme. They use mineral salt from the recommended cooking salt. Therefore, providing them with the wrong salt will set the stage for eye diseases and eye infections.

Also, it must be emphasized that it is the above-mentioned humors (fluids) that lubricate and moisturize the eyes; as lysozyme serves as the eyes’ dust remover, and antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiprotozoal substance.

What is used to produce the two humors? The answer is, HDL (high-density lipoprotein). What nourishes the macula and the rest of the retina? The answer is, HDL and mineral salt. Therefore, it is wrong to rely on a blood test to know the amount of HDL a person produced over a six-month period. It is the symptoms a person has, or does not have, that determine the level of HDL in their body.

Individuals who swim without goggles, and have a history of dry eyes, will increase their chances of contracting an eye infection. Why? The answer is, the microbes in the fish’s wastes, human feces, bird’s droppings, and animal wastes, contaminate all waters. Therefore, if the unprotected eyes are open in water, and they have growth factors, they will be infected.

An eye infection is totally different from the blood impurities that the eyes absorbed over the years.

The towel nightmare

A bath towel that is used repeatedly, may cause an eye infection. Here is how.

What do we leave in a towel after toweling ourselves? We leave our skin’s mineral salts, and oil mixed with water in the towel. These are the most succulent growth factors for some airborne fungi, and viruses. Airborne fungi are in the bathroom. Why? There are always water droplets in the sink, in the bathtub, on the tiles, on the ceiling, on the rug, etc. Fungi love humidity because it is their growth factor.

If a wet towel is hung to dry outside, it will attract more airborne fungi and viruses. Why? The answer is, the dust that the wind blows, also transports airborne fungi, bacteria, and viruses. This is why wherever dust settles, fungi and viruses will also be found on the dusty surfaces.

These fungi and viruses will blanket the towel; and if this towel is used again, and again, the fungi will infect the scalp to cause scalp psoriasis; they may infect the face to cause face psoriasis, they may infect the elbow, the shoulder area, and other parts of the body, to cause widespread psoriasis.

Generally, it is viruses that have a strong affinity for the eyes. They will infect the sclera (white of the eye) to cause a serious eye infection. Also, they could infect the conjunctiva.

The conjunctiva is the mucus membrane that lines the inner surfaces of the eyelids. If it is infected, the following symptoms may occur:

  1. Mucus will have so much glue that it will cause agglutination. During agglutination, the eyelids stick to each other on waking. Agglutination becomes more dangerous when the eyelids stick to the eye itself.
  2. Crusts would be on the eyelashes on waking.
  3. The eyelids will be swollen because the conjunctiva absorbed too much blood debris and pollutants. Therefore, bags under the eyes are not always indicative of lack of sleep. If the eyelids absorb a lot of inflammatory products, blepharitis will occur.

Therefore, a dirty, reused, or shared towel, can cause a lot of eye diseases, and eyelid diseases.

It is for the above reasons that Symptometry does not recommend that a towel should be shared with anyone. Also, Symptometry recommends using a washed bath towel every day or every other day. Bath towels and washcloths are cheap for a reason. Why use the same towel over and over? Also, why share a towel?

Children’s eye disorders

Many children are born blind, or they are born with a visual disorder called strabismus aka squinting. Some babies are even born with cataracts. Many more are born with congenital myopia or presbyopia. Let us pause for a second, and ask ourselves why. The answer is not too hard to find.

Here is what might have happened. During pregnancy, the children’s mothers ate boiled sweet corn, fried egg, boiled egg, mangoes, chocolate, ice cream, etc. They did not produce enough enzymes to thoroughly metabolize the foods they were eating. As a result, metabolites filled and polluted their blood. These metabolites and pollutants circulated to the baby through the umbilical cord. This was how the baby’s blood also became polluted.

Since the baby’s eyes, ciliary muscles, cornea, cones, rods, etc. are absorbents, the lens absorbed sorbitol metabolites, and sucrose metabolites. This predisposed the baby to congenital cataracts.

Retinal absorption of other metabolites predisposed the baby to color blindness and to congenital retinal disorders. The absorption of blood impurities by the optic nerve, optic chiasma, etc., predisposed the baby to congenital blindness. These are human errors, not the Creator’s errors.

Pregnant women think they can eat anything during the gestation period, and their baby “will be fine”. This is not true. Our mothers were buoyed by this assumption, and look at what happened to the eyes of some of the children they brought into this world?

Every baby is a report card on her mother’s good or bad choices during the gestation period. In order to get a better report card, pregnant mothers are advised to eat scientifically, not chaotically; and Symptometry’s pregnancy management program has so far been the best program to help pregnant women to remain as optimally healthy as their babies.

Healthy babies will grow to become healthy adults with fewer health concerns. Adults and children who are mentally healthy will automatically become law-abiding citizens. A country that is populated by law-abiding citizens will record fewer crimes.

Healthy eyes and minds make better choices.
