Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, unjustified fear, phobias, addictions or cravings, stubbornness, schizophrenia, carjacking, shoplifting, stealing, lying, anger, irritability, memory loss, hearing voices, seeing images that others do not see, a sudden impulse to run away from home, steal, stab someone, kill someone, etc., arson, suicidal tendencies, hurting someone intentionally, etc. are occurring in every country, rich, poor, and in-between. Is this wave of mental disorders new? No. It is as old as time.

A word about psychiatry and psychology

If the wave of mental disorders is as old as time or as old as this planet, why hasn’t mankind done something about it?

Allopathic medicine did something about it around 1844 in Austria by creating a new specialty called psychiatry. Ten years later in Leipzig, Germany, Gustave Fechner, created psychology as a field of experimental study to study judgments about sensory experiences.

Wilhelm M. Wundt (1832-1920) became the father of experimental psychology and the founder of the first psychology laboratory. Sigmund Freud, a neurologist, took psychology a step further by formulating psychoanalysis. Here are my questions.

Have psychiatrists ever cured shoplifting, the penchant or impulse for arson, stealing, killing, or carjacking? No, they have not. Have they ever cured absentmindedness, vindictiveness, anger, temper tantrums, seeing roaches on the wall or termites on the carpet when there are no roaches and termites? No, they have not.

What about psychologists? Have they ever cured infidelity, the sudden impulse to run away from home or travel, the sudden impulse to steal, break in and attack women in their beds sleeping, etc.? No, they have not. If they have not, then, what have all their experiments achieved since 1854? Food for thought.

I am asking these questions not to cast aspersions on psychiatry and psychology, but to say it is time to turn the corner and look elsewhere for the kind of answers that produce results. In other words, the kind of results that can be verified, and this brings us to Symptometry and Symptometric Science.

Symptometry’s unique approach to mental health

Symptometry has clearly demonstrated that the human brain lacks nourishment, and also, the human brain shrinks, thereby losing surface area for neuronal connectivity. Even if the person produces neurons the fact that their brain has shrunk would not allow the treatment to make a dent in their behavior, memory loss, judgment, analytical skill, sense of differentiation, and perception. The shrinkage must first be reversed.

What does the brain need 24 hours a day? It needs glucose, heat, and iodides.

Some individuals avoid glucose because they were told or they read somewhere that it is glucose that causes diabetes, and all kinds of sugar-induced diseases. Really? It looks like some individuals need some glucose re-education.

Glucose is the only nutrient the brain uses, and heat is the only resource the brain uses to enhance satiety, mental sharpness, good behavior, memory, judgment, analysis, differentiation, and perception.

The human brain does not need any pharmaceutical drugs. It needs heat. Where does the heat come from? Take a course on mental health at the American School of Symptometry, NFP to know the source of heat that the brain uses. This course is not only for professionals. All parents must enroll in this course to prevent their mental deterioration and the mental deterioration of their children and dependents. Peace, respect for others, and tolerance in families, workplaces, public transportation, etc. will never be achieved without brain nourishment.

Religions have been on this planet since creation. Is there peace in the world? No. Nobel Peace Prizes are awarded every year. Is there peace in the world? No. Without proper brain nourishment, peace will continue to elude mankind. Therefore, brain nourishment must always come first in every person’s life.

What about glucose?

Without glucose, there can’t be sucrose because it is glucose that combines with fructose to produce sucrose, a disaccharide (double sugar). The other two disaccharides are lactose and maltose.

The small intestine must produce sucrase, maltase, and lactase to separate glucose from fructose as the kidneys produce fructokinase to eliminate fructose, thereby leaving only glucose for the brain cells, muscle cells, bone cells, dentinal cells, etc.

In treating mental or brain disorders, psychiatrists and psychologists focus on only the brain. This is totally wrong. The small intestine and the kidneys play a significant role in brain health, by extension, mental health. Therefore, if the kidneys and small intestine are jammed, they must be unjammed. Unfortunately, unjamming the small intestine and kidneys is what psychiatrists and psychologists will never be able to do. Unjamming cells and organs are Symptometry’s territory and specialty.

Can lactose and maltose be produced without glucose? No, they cannot because glucose is the essence of life. Without it, no human being will have the energy to blink, open their mouth, talk, whistle, have intercourse, reproduce, grow, laugh, sing, etc.

The only source of brain energy for all neuronal connectivity comes from glucose and heat. It is thermal energy that produces speed, acceleration, momentum, vibrations, wave, frequency, etc. while glucose produces force, strength, pressure, and power for neuronal activity.

Carbs

People who have not studied glucose in detail are promoting all kinds of bogus diets by recommending the avoidance of carbs (simple and complex carbohydrates), meaning sugar and starches. They are making a big mistake and dragging their followers down with them.

There are different sugars. I am specifically discussing glucose aka hexose, the monosaccharide, which, in addition to ribose serves as our natural life-support essential.

Plants cannot avoid glucose because, without glucose, they will not survive. If plants can’t survive without glucose, we humans too won’t be able to survive because it is plants that feed us. Also, it is the glucose and other nutrients in plants (grass, leaves, nuts, and fruits) and in plankton that feed the animals some of us eat.

Therefore, without glucose, plants, animals, and vegetation would not have been on Earth. In other words, we also owe our existence to glucose. Here is another important fact that people keep missing.

The fructose/glucose factor

Every piece of glucose that is in our blood must be converted to energy.

Do people produce glucosidase and fructokinase before they start eating fruits, and vegetables that have fructose, glucose, glycosides, etc.? No, they do not. Also, do people know what it takes to produce glucosidase? No, they don’t.

Sugar is made from glycosides. This is why after sugar has been digested, glucosidase must eliminate the glycoside residues to prevent sugar diseases. Do people know how to produce glucosidase? If they don’t, they will have sugar diseases.

Insulin is the hormone that stimulates glucose intake by the cells, it does not stimulate the intake of fructose. It is the kidneys that must produce fructokinase to dissolve and eliminate fructose so that after the cells have taken in glucose, fructose will not be in the blood.

Why drink sodas that have high-fructose corn syrup? There will be a lot of fructose in the blood after drinking a soda. Do the kidneys of the soda drinker produce fructokinase? If they cannot produce fructokinase, then, drinking sodas, and eating fruits will cause susceptibility to diabetes with glucose not being able to get into their brain. Let me now discuss what happens when glucose is left floating in the blood.

The glucosin factor

Glucosin is the poison that is produced in our blood after ammonia and the glucose that was left in the blood combined. Glucose was left in the blood because insulin and cortisol were not strong enough to stimulate the cells to take in all the glucose that was produced after digestion.

Where does ammonia come from? It comes from our own colons. It is our colon bacteria that produce it, and the kidneys must produce an enzyme called glutaminase to dissolve it. If the kidneys cannot produce glutaminase or they produce it, but the alcohol in the wine or in the liquor the person drinks keeps denaturing it, ammonia will combine with glucose to produce glucosin, a poison.

Poisons destroy hormones, neurotransmitters, nerves, muscles, etc., and glucosin is no exception. It even destroys insulin to make it ineffective.

The truth that no one has shared with the world is that it is glucosin that causes insulin resistance, thereby making insulin worthless, and turning diabetes into a brain disease and a killing disease.

Diabetes becomes a killing disease because glucosin, the glucose poison that was not removed, keeps destroying the capillaries that supply oxygenated blood to the brain, the soles of the foot, the toes, the toenails and fingernails, legs, fingers, heart muscles, respiratory muscles, swallowing muscles, etc. As a result, the diabetic will have blisters on their toes, between their toes, on their heels, on their leg, etc. The lack of oxygen in the affected areas will cause susceptibility to gangrene.

Therefore, it is glucosin that ends up causing tingling, and numbness, as well as poor circulation and gangrene associated with diabetes. Poor circulation also affects the brain.

Glucose for the brain

Until glucosin is ionized or broken down by glucosidase and glutaminase, a person will never have enough glucose in their brain, and in most of their cells. The absence of glucose from the brain will cause hypoglycemia, and hypoglycemia is always associated with criminal intent, delusions, confusion, anti-social behavior, memory loss, mental illness, addictions, etc.

People who have mental illness are recommended to psychiatrists for help. Psychiatrists are yet to learn what it takes to nourish the brain, and what glucosin does to impoverish the human brain. When people are suicidal, they are advised to dial 988 for someone to talk to them. Even if stopping them from committing suicide is a success, the person’s brain is still impoverished. Counseling does not nourish the brain.

What about the addicts, pimps, carjackers, killers, spouse abusers, child abusers, shoplifters, thieves, arsonists, social misfits, etc.? They have become what they are because of brain neglect.

Parents do not know what it takes to take good care of their own brains, much less the brain of their children and other dependents. The whole world is a complete mess because people are suffering from the consequences of brain neglect.

The brain cannot be healthy without healthy kidneys and a healthy pancreas, adrenal gland, and liver.

To nourish the brain, one must have glucose, heat, and iodides. Iodides keep the surface area intact to prevent brain atrophy or shrinkage.

The question is how can a person eliminate fructose and ammonia from their blood so that only glucose can penetrate their brain cells? How can a person get heat into their brain? What should they avoid so that they can get enough heat into their brain every day? The good and wonderful news is, Symptometry has the answers.

Glucose is the only brain food there is and heat is the only brain resource available. Showcasing beans as brain food is downright nonsensical. To cure mental illness, the person must have glucose, iodides, and heat in their brain, not pharmaceutical drugs. Mankind has made the wrong turn. Stop, turn around, and head in the right direction.
