The Big Scams of the Fruit and Vegetable Diets

By Dr. Maxwell Nartey, Founder of Symptometry

There are boobytraps in all our foods, whether raw, baked, roasted, boiled, sauteed or grilled. We owe it to ourselves to be extremely careful with what we put in our mouths to eat. Are we being scammed by our Nutritionists? What’s in the fruits we’re told to eat? Is that all? No, there is so much more, and chromatography reveals the details.

Bananas have a lot of potassium. How many bananas should a person eat in one day, or in one week? Too much potassium will cause hyperkalemia in a person whose kidneys are jammed. How many individuals have underperforming kidneys in this world? The answer is, millions, and blood tests confirm this fact.

The symptoms of hyperkalemia include: electrocardiogram anomalies like elevated T waves, elevated ST segment, depressed P waves, abnormal QRS complexes, and paralysis. Usually, these symptoms occur in individuals with jammed or compromised kidneys. In other words, a person who has kidney problems will have an additional heart problem as a result of their fruit and vegetable diet.

Is banana the only fruit which has a high potassium content? No. The others are: carrots, avocadoes, asparagus, corn, Lima beans and potatoes. In one day, a person can eat three to four different sources of potassium without knowing it.

Bananas have a lot of the sugar alcohol called sorbitol. Sorbitol eliminates iodides from the lens to cause floaters or cataracts. It will eliminate iodides, chromium, etc. from the islet of Langerhans in the pancreas to make it impossible for the person to produce insulin.

Countless fruits, and corn have sorbitol. This explains why frequent corn eaters and fruit eaters have full-blown diabetes mellitus or they are borderline diabetic.

Additionally, fruits have fructosides, the derivatives of fructose. Individuals who do not produce fructokinase, the enzyme that breaks down fructosides, will experience edema because these fructosides will not go anywhere. They will jam the lymphatic system to cause fluid buildup behind the retina or lymphedema around the ankles, the knees, the top of the foot, the calves, etc. This is what fruits have been doing to people for as long as humans have been eating fruits.

Why do nutritionists only focus on the so-called antioxidants, the vitamins and the minerals that are in the fruits? They never mention the tartaric acid that is in grapes, the acetaldehyde that is also in grapes, the succinic acid in mushrooms even the edible ones. What about citric acid in the citrus fruits that has been damaging people’s cartilage?

How many people have arthritis in this world? The answer is millions, many of whom don’t know the cause of their disease as they continue to eat corn, fruits and drink juices. Some arthritics have distorted joints or their contracture is so bad that they cannot use a can opener.

Why blame only pharmaceutical drugs for causing the diseases of the human race? Why not blame fruit eating, juice drinking and the nutritionists who do not tell the whole world what else is in the fruits besides antioxidants, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, etc.? What about organic versus non-organic?

It is a fact that ethylene bromide or methylbromide is routinely sprayed on the non-organic fruits and vegetables. Also, most fruits and vegetables are waxed.

Therefore, it is because fruits and vegetables are waxed, and they are sprayed with bromides that it makes perfect sense to buy organic.

Incidentally, even though organic is better than non-organic, organic should never be synonymous with what is healthy. Organic simply implies that pesticides were not sprayed on the produce. Nevertheless, the natural chemicals that will jam the lymphatic system, or cause pentosuria (DNA disease); or the fruit acids that will ruin cartilage, are still in the organic fruits. There is cyanide in organic plum and in non-organic plum. The source is different but the contents are still the same.

By not bringing the dangers of fructosides, excess potassium, and fruit acids to the public’s attention, nutritionists are only showcasing the good side of fruits and vegetables, and are shielding their bad side. To make an informed choice, people must have a balanced view of fruits and vegetables, not just one side. What about self-poisoning?

Almost every person on this planet, at some point, poisoned themselves with prussic acid from nuts, cyanide from corn, plum, and eucalyptus; theobromine from coffee, and chocolate; theophylline from teas; lactucopicrin from lettuce salads; cyclamates in certain syrups; acrylamides in cookies, cakes, etc.; cyclobutanones in irradiated beef, chicken, avocadoes, strawberries, cherries, persimmons, etc.; cyclodextrin in decaffeinated teas and coffees; succinic acid in mushrooms; lectins in bok choy, kale, and asparagus; sparteine in all legumes, or allantoin in plantain.

Almost every person is walking around with polluted or poisoned blood. Who is detoxifying this polluted blood that is compromising the liver? No one. It is true that pharmaceutical drugs cause side effects, but fruit and vegetable eaters have been poisoning their blood daily with the fruits they eat.

Nutritionists are advising people to eat fruits and vegetables, but people are being poisoned by the fruits and the vegetables they eat, and by the juice they drink every day. Most children do not like fruits and vegetables because their instincts are steering them away from what will hurt them. Parents should now start learning from their children.

Plant diseases

Plants have plant diseases, and the study of plant pathology confirms that many vegetables do indeed have diseases. Therefore, juicing the vegetables that have diseases will allow the plant disease to be transferred to the consumer.

For example, carrots alone have seven different diseases. These diseases are: aster yellows, black root rot, cavity spot, common scab, lateral root dieback, leaf blight, cercosporin leaf spot and sclerotinia rot. If diseased carrots are juiced and ingested, the carrot diseases will not only cause chronic vitamin A deficiency; they will also cause carotenosis. This is how plant diseases cause complex diseases in a person.

Who is creating a booming business for the hospitals, the ophthalmologists, the physicians, the orthopedic surgeons, etc.? The answer is, the nutritionists. They are making people eat plant diseases. Then, when people are sick and they go to the hospital, physicians do not know where to start. Finally, when they are treated with pharmaceutical drugs and the side effects of the drugs make the disease worse, they turn around and blame the physicians for giving them diseases they never had. Fair is fair.

Scientific eating and living, the best solution

Symptometry does not only critique nutritionists for offering a lopsided view of nutrition. It is also offering a solution to the self-poisoning crisis that is going on; and this solution is in the Downside of Nutrition, Part 1 by Dr. Maxwell Nartey. Then, there are classes being offered at the American School of Symptometry, NFP, on scientific eating and living. The public is invited to enroll in these classes to know more about both sides of the coin.

Chromatography is constantly being used to deconstruct the foods people eat and the beverages they consume. Such analytical research helps to know what else is in the juice, in the nuts, in the fruit or even in the vegetables people consume. There are oxalates and lectins in bok choy and in spinach, and people must know what these plant alkaloids do so that a person who has a certain ailment like bladder stones or kidney stones, should avoid these vegetables for a while.

What about the viruses, protozoa, fungi and bacteria that are on the fruits and vegetables? Microbes fall under plant pathology, not nutrition, but when it comes to edibles, they complement each other.

How should the fruits and vegetables be washed before eating them or juicing them? The American School of Symptometry is teaching all these details to make people healthy, overall.

Staying healthy is not just about walking in the sun, feigning happiness, bathing in the ocean, exercising, eating organic, fasting and eating salads. People have been engaging in these habits for years, and they have diseases. If they have diseases, it is because their lifestyle and eating habits could not prevent their diseases.

Per scientific eating, there are no perfect foods. Since there are no perfect foods, a health-conscious person is advised to use verifiable science to help them select the foods that have the smallest number of health disruptors. Then, they will be taught how to produce an enzyme surplus every day.

It is scientific eating that prevents a person from poisoning themselves. Even decaffeinated teas and coffees have been cytotoxic to many individuals. Unfortunately, people do not know much about cyclodextrins. Some individuals are sensitive to them; others are not. People have the right to know what else is in their decaffeinated beverage besides cream and sugar. Symptometry keeps educating those who are eager and willing to learn about the downside of nutrition.
